    First treatments

    Gentle introductory therapies — your body acclimatises to the environment, diet, and practice rhythm. Rest is as important as the treatments themselves.

    Core programme

    The main sequence of treatments, movement sessions, and dietary support. Your practitioner adjusts based on how your body is responding.

    Integration day

    A lighter day with extended rest time, an optional excursion to a local natural site, and a reflection session with your practitioner.

    Final assessment & continuation plan

    Closing consultation, a personalised home-practice plan, and recommendations for continuing your wellness routine after the programme ends.

This route respects secular wellness / hindu cultural context practice. You will receive guidance on etiquette, dress and access at every site. Hosts coordinate with local clergy, monastics or licensed guides to ensure respectful, informed visits.
