Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Veyuma, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

What Veyuma is

Veyuma is a curated marketplace that connects travellers with verified host operators offering pilgrimages, sacred routes, retreats, wellness escapes and fitness journeys. Veyuma facilitates discovery and booking introductions — the contract for any journey is between you and the host operator directly.

Booking requests

  • Submitting a booking request is not a confirmed booking. No payment is taken at the time of submission.
  • The host operator will contact you directly to confirm availability and arrange payment.
  • Veyuma is not a party to the booking contract and is not liable for journey delivery, cancellations or disputes between travellers and hosts.

Host operators

All hosts listed on Veyuma have been reviewed by our team. However, Veyuma does not independently verify every credential claim. You are encouraged to review operator licences, read reviews and ask questions before committing to any journey.

User conduct

You agree not to:
  • Submit false or misleading information.
  • Use the platform to harass, abuse or deceive any other user or host.
  • Attempt to circumvent platform fees or engage hosts off-platform to avoid booking processes.
  • Scrape, copy or republish any platform content without written permission.

Intellectual property

All platform content — including design, copy, logos and journey listings — is the property of Veyuma or its licensors. Journey and host images are sourced from licensed providers (Unsplash) and remain subject to their respective licences.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Veyuma is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform or any journey booked through it. Our total liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount of any platform fee you have paid.

Cultural respect

Veyuma journeys often involve sacred sites, religious traditions and local communities. By booking any journey, you agree to respect local customs, follow guide instructions, dress appropriately and engage with humility and care.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
