Itinerary

  1. 1

    Arrival & logistics

Land in Himalayan trekking routes and transfer to base camp or starting point. Evening equipment check, route overview, and a light training session to shake off travel stiffness.

  2. 2

    Foundation session

The programme begins in earnest. Your leader sets the technical standard and introduces the terrain. Conservative pace on day one is a deliberate choice.

  3. 3

    Progressive challenge

Increasing difficulty with careful monitoring. Individual coaching available — your leader adjusts for the range of fitness levels in the group.

  4. 4

    Peak challenge day

The programme's centrepiece. Your leader carries emergency equipment and maintains radio contact with support. The group moves at the pace of its slowest member.

  5. 5

    Completion & debrief

Final session, a group debrief on lessons learned, and next-step recommendations for each participant. Certificates issued where applicable.
