Itinerary

  1. 1

    Arrival & settling

Arrive at the retreat centre in Retreat center. Check in, tour the grounds, and attend an orientation with your host. The evening is unstructured — rest and arrive at your own pace.

  2. 2

    First full day

Morning practice session — meditation, movement, or study depending on the retreat's focus. Afternoon introduces the daily schedule and community agreements.

  3. 3

    Core practice days

The retreat settles into its rhythm: morning practice, teachings or workshops, silent meals, and supported free time. Your host is available for one-to-one conversation.

  4. 4

    Deepening

Often the most impactful day. Optional extended practice, a longer walk, or a visiting teacher session. Group sharing in the evening.

  5. 5

    Integration & departure

A gentle closing morning with reflection on what to carry home. Final group session, farewells, and an invitation to the alumni circle for continued practice.

"Small group, attentive host, and a programme that responded to the people in the room rather than running from a fixed script."
