Itinerary

  1. 1

    Welcome dinner

Arrive in Retreat center or heritage city and gather for a welcome dinner. Your host introduces the programme, the space, and the group — and invites everyone to share a single intention for the week ahead.

  2. 2

    Morning practice established

Early rise, guided practice, and a shared breakfast in silence. Teachings begin after breakfast and run until early afternoon.

  3. 3

    Personal time & supported practice

Afternoons are largely unstructured — for journaling, walking the grounds, additional reading, or individual sessions with your host.

  4. 4

    Community evening

A shared cooking session or creative practice. Not all retreat value is found in the formal sessions — community evenings ground the experience.

  5. 5

    Closing practice

Final morning practice held together. Your host facilitates a closing circle and a commitment to one practice to carry into daily life.
