Arrival & settling
Arrive at the retreat centre in Mountain temples. Check in, tour the grounds, and attend an orientation with your host. The evening is unstructured — rest and arrive at your own pace.

First full day
Morning practice session — meditation, movement, or study depending on the retreat's focus. Afternoon introduces the daily schedule and community agreements.

Core practice days
The retreat settles into its rhythm: morning practice, teachings or workshops, silent meals, and supported free time. Your host is available for one-to-one conversation.

Deepening
Often the most impactful day. Optional extended practice, a longer walk, or a visiting teacher session. Group sharing in the evening.

Integration & departure
A gentle closing morning with reflection on what to carry home. Final group session, farewells, and an invitation to the alumni circle for continued practice.
Cultural context & practice
This route respects buddhist practice. You will receive guidance on etiquette, dress and access at every site. Hosts coordinate with local clergy, monastics or licensed guides to ensure respectful, informed visits.
