    Core practice days

The retreat settles into its rhythm: morning practice, teachings or workshops, silent meals, and supported free time. Your host is available for one-to-one conversation.

  4. 4

    Deepening

Often the most impactful day. Optional extended practice, a longer walk, or a visiting teacher session. Group sharing in the evening.

"Small group, attentive host, and a programme that responded to the people in the room rather than running from a fixed script."
