Arrival & settling
Arrive at the retreat centre in Sacred mountains. Check in, tour the grounds, and attend an orientation with your host. The evening is unstructured — rest and arrive at your own pace.

First full day
Morning practice session — meditation, movement, or study depending on the retreat's focus. Afternoon introduces the daily schedule and community agreements.

Core practice days
The retreat settles into its rhythm: morning practice, teachings or workshops, silent meals, and supported free time. Your host is available for one-to-one conversation.

Deepening
Often the most impactful day. Optional extended practice, a longer walk, or a visiting teacher session. Group sharing in the evening.

Integration & departure
A gentle closing morning with reflection on what to carry home. Final group session, farewells, and an invitation to the alumni circle for continued practice.
