    Training day one

First full day on the route or discipline. Pace is controlled — your leader monitors the group and builds collective confidence.

  3. 3

    Building intensity

Longer distances, greater elevation, or increased technical difficulty. The group finds its rhythm; your leader adjusts the plan based on conditions and individual performance.

  4. 4

    The main objective

The day most participants came for — summit attempt, longest stage, or highest-intensity session. All previous days have prepared you for this.
