Itinerary

  1. 1

    Arrival & orientation

Arrive in Kerala Ayurveda centers and meet your wellness host. A brief assessment session and orientation walk set the context for everything that follows.

  2. 2

    Immersion begins

Morning movement, a therapeutic session, and dietary preparation. The pace is unhurried — this is a recovery arc, not a schedule.

  3. 3

    Peak treatment days

The most intensive period of the programme. Your body and nervous system begin to respond — fatigue and release are normal.

  4. 4

    Movement & nature

A half-day excursion to a natural setting — coast, forest, or thermal landscape — that complements the indoor programme.

  5. 5

    Departure & home practice

Final treatment, closing session, and a written home-practice guide. Your host is available for a follow-up call two weeks after departure.

"I came completely depleted. The pacing of the programme — not too full, not too empty — is the thing I'd tell anyone to expect."

Claire D., January

"My practitioner adjusted the programme mid-week based on how I was responding. That level of attention is why I'll return."
