Taiwan Cycling and Temple Coast Journey is a supported cycling route curated for cyclists, active culture travelers. Based around East Coast, temples, hot springs, the journey is paced for moderate to challenging travellers and runs for 5-10 days.

Itinerary

Briefing & fitness assessment
Arrive in East Coast for a team briefing and informal fitness assessment. Your leader sets expectations, discusses pacing strategy, and introduces safety protocols.

Training day one
First full day on the route or discipline. Pace is controlled — your leader monitors the group and builds collective confidence.

Building intensity
Longer distances, greater elevation, or increased technical difficulty. The group finds its rhythm; your leader adjusts the plan based on conditions and individual performance.

The main objective
The day most participants came for — summit attempt, longest stage, or highest-intensity session. All previous days have prepared you for this.
- 5
Recovery & reflection
Active recovery session, review of what was achieved, and a celebration dinner. Your leader provides training advice for continuing the practice at home.
Cultural context & practice
This route respects buddhist / taoist / secular active practice. You will receive guidance on etiquette, dress and access at every site. Hosts coordinate with local clergy, monastics or licensed guides to ensure respectful, informed visits.
